When you submit content or reviews on our Platform, you agree that:

• Content must be accurate and based on first-hand experience
• You will not submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content
• Reviews must not be submitted in exchange for compensation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Quality of services or products of listed businesses
• Any transactions between users and listed businesses

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated inappropriate behavior

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Indiana, with each party bearing their own costs.
