Program Overview
The Off Worque Grant hands out $500 each to three winners to support rest, recovery, and intentional time away from work. Funds can cover lost income, childcare, transportation, meals, wellness experiences, art supplies, or any reasonable expense that makes a day off possible.
It's a small but meaningful grant for founders and creators who need permission to pause, and applying requires a short 60-second video plus a proposed day-off plan.
Eligibility & Requirements
Open to U.S.-based applicants who are 18 or older and fall into at least one of these categories as of September 1, 2026.
- A W-2 employee who does not receive unlimited paid time off.
- An active 1099 freelancer or independent contractor.
- The owner of an active, legally registered business (LLC, nonprofit, or C corp) with a valid tax ID.
- Unemployed individuals and employees with unlimited PTO are not eligible. Free to apply.
