Ronnie K. Stewart (West Coast Blues Society)
Hello our org. applied for the Facebook Blacked owed small business grant. The West Coast Blues
Society. I was sent an email asking for my. Tax ID number and haven’t heard A word from anyone.
Just wanted to know the status of the grant if someone can help me. Thank You.
This is likely a publicity stunt on the part of Facebook. Or a straight PR scam. We’ve tallied 207 businesses in the Charlotte, Atlanta GA, and Raleigh NC areas who applied over 4 months ago. Not a single grant award has been made.
We also tallied 117 businesses in the New York, and New Jersey area, all who applied 3 months ago, again not a single award has been made.
The last tally we conducted 4 weeks ago via Facebook groups, over 4302 businesses responded that applied 3 months ago and not a single award has been made either.
In our estimates, this is not a real grant but another one of Facebooks gimmicks!
